If you have 6-24 months of contact center
experience and a flair for customer service /
telesales then you may be the one we are looking
for. Fresh college graduates with similar skills
may also apply.
You should:
1) Be prepared to work in shifts, including
night shifts.
2) Have strong working knowledge of computers
and a keen interest in the Internet.
3) Exceptional spoken and written communication
skills in English.
4) Be quick to learn, and have a passion for

Leader

If you have demonstrated people management
skills, with experience in a call center
environment and are looking to independently
head a team in 2-3 years, then you may be the
one we are looking for.
You should:
1) Be an excellent team player with the ability
to lead cross-functional teams.
2) Have 4-7 years of Call Centre experience in
the services industry with at least 2 years in a
supervisory capacity
3) Have excellent communication skills, both in
written and spoken English.
4) Be computer and Internet savvy with
analytical skills and a flair for numbers.
5) Be open to working in night shifts.
6) Have an orientation for Customer Service. |

Manager
Location: Mumbai
If you have demonstrated people management
skills, with experience in a call center

head a business unit in 2-3 years, then you may

managerial capacity

ability to coach, counsel and motivate then you

independently deliver training modules.
3) Take regular feedback and implement timely
corrective action.
4) Be open to working in night shifts.
